[SHIPPING]

- The preparation of delivery for the confirmation order will be ready within 7~10 business days and delivery will take 3 to 10 business days.
- The payment will not be available if total weight of buying items in your cart is over 20KG. 

- If you need to buy over 20KG of items, please divide each order to under 20KG.

- Please email us coartism@coartism.com if you have a special request and we will reply you with details. 

[RETURNS]

- Return is not available after confirmation of shipment, Please carefully decide to order.

- If there is any flaw on the product after you received your order,

- Please apply for return within 3 business days from arrival date of product.

- If you want to exchange the product, you have to return it first.

  Then we will send new one after checking returned one.

- It is not available to return for the items which has been shipped already and flawless item, 

- Please carefully decide to order.

[Tax & Duties]

- Depending on your location, there may be an extra charge for taxes and import duties.

- Paying the taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
